By accessing or using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the website.

The website provides information about KURO, including:

• menu items;
• indicative prices;
• café location;
• opening hours;
• contact information;
• promotions and seasonal products;
• information about soufflé pancakes, matcha, coffee and other products; and
• links to Google Maps and social-media platforms.

The website is primarily informational. Unless a specific online ordering or payment feature is expressly introduced, the website does not itself process orders, accept payments or conclude an online contract for the sale of food or beverages.

If KURO later introduces online ordering, delivery, reservation, membership or payment services, additional terms may apply.

KURO aims to keep its website content accurate and current. However:

• menu items may change;
• seasonal items may be available for a limited time;
• products may sell out;
• prices may be updated;
• ingredients or presentation may change;
• opening hours may change during holidays or special occasions; and

The current information confirmed by KURO staff at the café takes priority over older or inconsistent website content.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices are shown in Saudi Riyals. Applicable taxes and the final payable amount will be confirmed at the point of sale.

Menu descriptions, calorie values, nutritional statements and photographs are provided for general information.

Actual presentation, portion size and nutritional composition may vary due to ingredient changes, preparation methods and normal operational differences.

KURO prepares products in an environment that may handle common allergens, including milk, eggs, gluten, nuts, soy and other ingredients. Cross-contact may occur.

Customers with allergies, intolerances, medical conditions, pregnancy-related concerns or dietary restrictions must speak directly with KURO staff before ordering.

Website content is not medical, dietary or nutritional advice and should not replace advice from a qualified professional.

You may use the website for lawful personal and informational purposes.

The KURO name, KÜRO branding, logos, visual identity, website design, text, photographs, videos, menus, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to KURO and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and temporarily store website content for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, licence, publish, publicly display or commercially exploit the content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

The website may link to Google Maps, Google Business Profile, Instagram, TikTok and other third-party services.

Those services are operated independently. KURO does not control and is not responsible for:

• third-party availability;
• directions or map accuracy;
• third-party content;
• advertisements displayed by third parties;
• third-party privacy or cookie practices; or
• losses caused by use of an external platform.

You use third-party services under their own terms and policies.

KURO may update, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the website for maintenance, security, operational or business reasons.

KURO does not guarantee that the website will always:

• be compatible with every device or browser; or
• be free from every malicious component.

• circumstances beyond KURO’s reasonable control.

The revised Terms become effective when published, unless a later effective date is stated. Continued use after publication means that you acknowledge the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Where the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version will prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
